Our full-service Production Teams are able to manage the entire process from start to finish – from booking the band to sending you down the aisle! Here’s a brief glimpse into how the process works:
When you book your event with us, you are placed in the hands of a masterful team of professionals, each dedicated to distinct aspects of the event process, who are by your side every step of the way.
Each team has a Lead Producer, an Assistant Producer and a Creative Producer – all with a specialized task and talent, yet all working together in tandem. They work with you to create custom planning calendars with important due dates and deadlines, along with estimated financial forecasts. By working both creatively and collectively from the start, you can leave the details to us and enjoy every minute of your special day
Day of Coordination
Artistic Affairs has designed, tested and mastered the Day-of Coordination service over several years to cover every aspect of your event. With AA’s team you are well equipped to take on any issues that should arise at your event. Our Day-of Service begins at about three weeks before the event when we carefully review with you all of the vendors that are in place.
Once you decide to work with us, we match you up with a Lead Coordinator and a support team that can best facilitate your day. You let us know your needs and we’ll assemble the team best suited for your needs! We troubleshoot all areas and develop your timeline. We then, review logistics such as transportation of guests, their check-ins, arrival of vendors, their setups, and F&B (food & beverage) service start times. Your event coordinator will then reach out to all of your vendors to make sure that everyone is on the same page!
On the Day of the event, our team will be there to oversee all aspects of the day – from vendor set up, to photo sessions and of course, the reception.
Artistic Affairs will work with you to determine exactly what we can do for you. This package is for clients who have already done some of the legwork (i.e. have their own florist or caterer) but may need help with décor and other details. Artistic Affairs will help to fill in the blanks on your event plans and customize a package to suit your needs.
Due to our extensive experience, we have access to a vast number of event vendors. It would be our pleasure to provide you with budget appropriate vendor referrals.
